Within the temperature range of -200°C to +250°C, the properties of PTFE remain essentially unchanged. It has excellent weather resistance. Prolonged outdoor use will not result in oxidation, surface contamination, discoloration, or quality degradation.
Exhibits the lowest coefficient of friction among solid materials and can be used in harsh environments. It can be used as a modifier for engineering plastics, and as an additive for lubricating materials.
3. Non-Stick Performance:
In solid materials, it exhibits the smallest surface energy, displaying excellent non-stick properties and release properties.
When selecting the appropriate grade, PTFE micropowder wax particles are dense and non-deformable, providing excellent scratch and abrasion resistance.
PTFE has a very low heat of combustion and will not form secondary ignition sources. Selecting the appropriate grade can provide excellent anti-dripping properties.
PTFE is stable against almost all chemical reagents and solvents, except for alkali metals.
